Long term concentrate on the field of commercial disputes resolution, and provide daily legal service for a number of FIEs and their headquarters. Be skilled in the disputes regarding the cooperate control, the manager’s duty of loyalty, international trade, maritime commerce and labor law.
 
Litigations:
Represent for a Swiss company in the shareholder representative litigation, and win the case;
Represent for a foreigner to claim the shareholding right as a dormant shareholder, and reach the intermediation;
Represent for a minority shareholder to dismiss the company because of the corporate deadlock, and reach the intermediation;
Represent for a Chinese company in a contract disputes to reply an Italian company’s claim, and successfully persuade the Italian company withdraw the case without paying any consideration;
Represent for an Italian invested company to reply a construction dispute in CIETAC;
Represent for a Hong Kong invested company to initiate a leasing contract disputes in CIETAC;
Represent for lots of the labor disputes for the companies, representative offices or individuals; 
Assist Hong Kong solicitor to deal with the leasing contract disputes in Hong Kong;
Assist the Chinese legal opinion for Hong Kong barrister to deal with the shareholder disputes of a listed company;
Assist an international arbitration related with the Bilateral Investment Treaty.
 
Projects:
Represent for a German invested company to change the legal representative at AIC in the circumstances of the lack of the business license and company chop;
Provide the Due Diligence report for Wal-Mart site selection; 
Represent for a company to negotiate with the government for a estate development project;
Provide legal service for an Italian invested company in the liquidation and withdraw the land;
Represent for a Hong Kong company to negotiate a Joint Venture project;
Provide the legal evaluation and advice on the invested Joint Venture enterprise;
Assist a liquidation of the Chinese and French Joint Venture company
Provide the legal service for a German company in the case of Intellectual Property infringement;
Set up a WOFE for a Danish company;
Provide tax advice for a Hong Kong company Shanghai representative office.
 
Clients:
Her clients cover the industries of international trade, international investment, machinery manufacture and automation, medicine, fashion design, architecture design and estate development etc.
 
Oversea Experiences:
She is very good at the communication and cooperation with the oversea law firms and clients. From May 2010 and March 2011, she was selected to participate the China EU Manager Exchange Training Program sponsored by EU Commission and CCPIT, and studied the MBA courses such as the cross culture training, accounting, financial analysis management and human resources at ESCP in Paris, Solvay in Brussels and MMU in Manchester. She once have been exchanged to Hogan & Lovells Frankfurt office, Studio Legale Arnaldi Caimmi & Associati in Milan, Des Voeux Chambers in Hong Kong and LEUNG & WAN Solicitors in Hong Kong for the practice of international investment and international arbitration practice, and was invited to visit the EU Parliament, Hong Kong Justice Department, Hong Kong Law Society, Hong Kong Legislative Council, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
