Lawyers Xu Yongqian and Zhang Lei was invited to give lessons for the class of ME restructuring

On March 16, 2008, senior partners Xu Yongqian and Zhang Lei were invited to give lecture on “the relevant legal issues on military enterprise restructuring and IPO” for the students of military enterprises Joint-stock restructuring class organized by Reform Department of CSTIND and CEMSTI. There are more than 200 members attended the training, including senior management staffs coming from more than 70 military enterprises and representatives coming from more than 70 intermediaries.

The organizers gave Dacheng Lawyers high evaluation, and expressed the hope that the Dacheng Law Office would continue to support training activities organized by National authorities and CEMSTI and provide legal support to military enterprises Joint-stock restructuring.
