Lawyer Guan Jingxin organized GEM Listing seminar

Senior partner Guan Jingxin (Secretary-General of the Commerce and Corporate Committee of ACLA and Director of M&A Legal Affairs Committee) organized some members of the Commerce and Corporate Committee of ACLA and M&A Professional Committee of Beijing Municipal Lawyers Association and lawyers of Dacheng to discuss on “Measures for IPO shares and listing on the GEM (Draft for Comment)” and formed a revised proposal on Feb 29,2008. This proposal had been submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 31, 2008.
