"Norms study on ESOP" seminar was held in Dacheng

Appointed by State-owned assets management committee of State Counci, ,Dacheng Law Offices together with China University of Political Science set up a research taskforce on“Norms study on ESOP” in order to regulate the issue of employee stock ownership.

This subject was in the charge of Professor Wang Weiguo who is the dean and the doctoral tutor of the Law School from CUPL and senior partner Tuo Mingzhong from Dacheng. Senior partners Li Yulong, Li Yunli, Guan Jingxin and partners Zhai Wenming,Ma Ling, Ping Yunwang took part in the research as members.

On March 20,2008, the research taskforce held forum in the large conference room of Dacheng headquarters. Vice director general Zhou Fangsheng of Reform Bureau of State-owned assets management committee and more than 30 partners and lawyers attended  the forum.

Chaired by Tuo Mingzhong, participants discussed the issues deeply on the development, experiences, meanings and main problems of ESOP in the course of SOE reform, and gave amendment advice on  “Views of norms on ESOP of SOE and SHE”which will be executed soon. The taskforce will have further study on the ways , the scope and the stock management of ESOP.
