“Business Law Practice Collection” edited by Lawyer Xu Yongqian has been published

With the publishment of “Interpretation on Joint Venture Law”, “Business Law Practice Collection”, which is the masterpiece of more than 60 lawyers from Dacheng has been finished recently. This collection was edited by Xu Yongqian, and the counsellors are Wang Baoshu, Zhu Shaoping, Peng Xuefeng, Xiao Jinquan and Qian Weiqing. More than 60 lawyers from Dacheng have spent 3 years on it. It includes more than 10 law books, and it has 2.6million words. This collection is published on the background of the modification of related laws and the establishment of commercial legal systems in China. It focuses on giving service to medium and senior managers of companies, cooperatives, joint ventures, and providing legal guidance on risk investments, private equity investments and legal risk prevention.
