The "Protecting  the Rights and Interests of Investors: the theory and practice of Class Action" Forum sponsored by the Commercial Law Society of China IALS, the Law School of the Central University of Finance and Economics, the Securities Research Center of the Central University of Finance and Economics were held in Beijing on 17th,Dec 2006. The Forum caught the eyes of reporters from China Securities Journal, 21st Century Business Herald, and Finance Weekend .
