The Symposium on "Legal Issues on Articles, Governance and Restructure of the Corporate and Bankruptcy Administrantion"  was held in Beijing from Dec.23rd to Dec. 25thby the All China Lawyers Association Eduction Center , 2006. Our senior partners Mr. Tuo Mingzhong and Mr. Lv Lingbiao were invited to give lectures on "Brankruptcy Administration  and its Practice under the New Bankruptcy Law" and Corporate Governance and Shareholder's  Interests  Protection under the New Company Law" respectively.
