Sysposium on the Practice of Merger and Acquisition held in Beijing

A symposium on the Practice, Structure Design and Legal Papers Making in Merger and Acquisition" took place as from Dec.16th to 18th 2006. Our senior partners Mr. Xiao Jinquan and Tuo Mingzhong were invited to deliver lectures "Issures in Merger and Acquisition, and International Private Placement" and "Professional Process Management and Documents Making in Merger and Acquisition" respectively. Lawyers and specialists from all across China joined the symposium.
