Xiao Jinquan Gives a Speech in China Finance Experts Annual Conference

The third China Finance Experts Annual Conference and the celebration China Finance Night were held during March 31 to April 2 in Beijing. On the China Investment Banks Forum held on April 2, Xiao Jinquan gave an excellent speech with regard to the central subject International Strategies of Small and Medium-sized China Banks.
