Mr. King used to be the chief in-house lawyer of Yan Zhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. Which is now listed in three stock markets -- New York Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Shanghai Stock Exchange. He was in charge of the whole process covering the establishment of Yan Zhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd., overseas IPO, issuance of additional stocks and assets acquisition. Having abundant experience and intensive practice in the over-all operations of large-scale and listed companies, Mr. King is fully capable of offering professional advice on the improvement of company governance and the perfection of modern management which may benefit the effectiveness of management, efficiency of operation and the reduction of risks for the companies.

Over recent years, Mr. King has been practicing in a broad range of matters independently covering the re-structuring and reform of companies, investment of large-scale projects, mergers & acquisitions,establishment of foreign-invested enterprises, the overseas financing and IPO of domestic or overseas enterprises.
