Mr. Guan masters theoretical knowledge and practical experiences involve merger and acquisition, overseas and domestic IPO, private equity investment, tax planning, liquidation and reorganization, bad assets, corporate governance and so on. He provides efficient and high-class legal services for corporations under legal and commercial environment with China’s local characteristics.

Mr. Guan acts as the senior legal counsel in many transnational and domestic M&A cases, and he is also long-term corporate counsel for a number of enterprises, listed companies, assets management companies, financial agencies and multinational firms. He provided legal services in restructuring of state-owned enterprises; domestic and overseas listing; international private placement and state-owned assets dispute cases.

Experience

Mr. Guan is a Senior Partner of Dacheng’s Investment and M&A services group. He has more than ten years work experience in the areas of corporate financing, international private placement, and merger and acquisition. Moreover, he handles dispute resolutions through litigation and arbitration for his corporate clients. He often gives lectures for Shenzhen Stock Exchange and All China Lawyers Correspondence Education Center.
