ExperienceFrom February 1982 to 1984，Li worked in Special Court Department and People’s Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice. From 1984 to 1985, he worked for Transportation Bureau of Metallurgical Ministry. From 1985 to 1993, he worked in European Department of China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation. From 1993 to 1995, Li was the Legal Counsel of Zhong Cheng IP Protection Company (China) Ltd. EducationMr. Li graduated from the Ocean Shipping Department of Shanghai Maritime Transport Institute majoring in Shipping Business in 1982. Li obtained a postgraduate diploma of the International Trade and Economic law of Beijing University in 1997. Li studied in Law School of Cardiff University, UK and was granted a LLM in Commercial Law in 2001. QualificationLi passed the judicial qualification exam in 1985. Li obtained the National qualification of Economist Certificate in 1988 and had been qualified and approved to practice in Construction / Engineering business concerning Project-bidding by the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Justice since 1998.
